Across more than four decades of enterprise process engineering, organizational design, and operational transformation work with global consultancies and Fortune-scale operators, he has studied — in unusual depth — how complex organizations actually work, and how they fail when undocumented expertise walks out the door.
He is the inventor of Universal Process Grammar™ (UPG), the patent-pending structural framework at the core of COMPASS™, and leads xFormative's mission to make institutional knowledge measurable, transferable, and AI-ready.
